A Moment We’re So Proud Of: 3rd Place at the Clean Beauty Awards

There are moments in business that feel quietly meaningful… and then there are moments that make you pause, take a breath, and really reflect on how far you’ve come.

This is one of those moments.

We are so honoured to share that Lilit Botanicals placed 3rd in Body Care at the Clean Beauty Awards with our Lavender Sage Hand & Body Lotion.

From Idea to Award-Winning Formula

This lotion didn’t happen overnight.

It was the result of countless iterations at our workshop, tweaking textures, refining absorption, balancing hydration without heaviness, and ensuring the finish felt silky, never greasy.

We wanted something that felt effortless on the skin… but deeply nourishing at the same time.

The scent, too, was intentional.

Lavender and sage-grown from a place of calm, grounding, and ritual. Not overly sweet, not perfumey, but herbal, fresh, and true to the plants themselves.

A formula like this takes time. And patience. And many, many small adjustments that no one ever sees.

Which is why this recognition means so much.

One of the most beautiful parts of this experience was reading the feedback from the judges- each bringing their own preferences, perspectives, and sensory experiences.
